Application Submission

Candidates complete and submit the online application form, attaching an updated resume that includes all relevant positions and employment dates.

Application Review

Hiring supervisor and/or search committee reviews applications and select candidates for interview.

Interview Process

Selected candidates are invited to interview (phone, virtual, in-person, or a combination).

Verbal/Contingent Offer

Final candidate is contacted and provided a verbal offer that includes proposed pay.

Candidate Pre-Screening

Final candidate completes pre-screening tasks (background checks, any required drug screens, physical exams, etc. as required by the job)

Offer Letter

Hiring department coordinates a start date with the final candidate and submits an offer letter through the application portal for final candidate acceptance.

Onboarding

New Hire completes applicable on-line and in-person onboarding requirements related to new employment or change in position.
